In addition to the quality of EVA itself, the lamination process of component manufacturers also has a great impact. For example, the EVA adhesiveness is not up to standard, and the bonding strength between EVA and tempered glass and the back plate is not enough, which will cause EVA Early aging affects component life.
(3) Cells: The main function is to generate electricity. The mainstream in the power generation market is crystalline silicon solar cells and thin-film solar cells, both of which have advantages and disadvantages.
For crystalline silicon solar cells, the equipment cost is relatively low, but the consumption and cell costs are high, but the photoelectric conversion efficiency is also high, and it is more suitable to generate electricity in outdoor sunlight.
Thin-film solar cells have higher relative equipment costs, but the consumption and battery costs are very low, but the photoelectric conversion efficiency is more than half that of crystalline silicon cells, but the low-light effect is very good, and it can generate electricity under ordinary lights, such as a calculator Solar cells on the board.
(4) Back plate: function, sealed, insulated and waterproof. Generally, materials such as TPT and TPE must be resistant to aging. Most component manufacturers have a 25-year warranty. Tempered glass and aluminum alloys are generally no problem. The key is whether the requirements can be met with the backplane and silicone.
(5) Aluminum alloy: protects the laminate and plays a certain role in sealing and supporting.
(6) Junction box: protects the entire power generation system and acts as a current transfer station. If the module short circuit junction box automatically disconnects the short-circuit battery string, the most important thing in preventing the entire system junction box is the selection of diodes. Different types of battery chips have different diodes.
(7) Silicone: Sealing effect, used to seal components and aluminum alloy frames, and the junction of components and junction boxes. Some companies use double-sided tape and foam instead of silicone. Silicone is commonly used in China. And the cost is very low.
